Bulk orders for schools

If your school is managing its own stationery purchases — or sees a benefit in bulk-buying on behalf of parents — our wholesale program is the way to go. Buy direct from EZ Covers for great wholesale rates and cut out the distributor in the middle.

Bulk-order discounts start at 100+ covers (mix and match across sizes and styles), with additional pricing tiers for larger orders. Pay by credit card, bank transfer or 7-day invoice.

Custom covers for your school

Want your covers to really stand out? For larger schools looking to add logos or bespoke designs, we can produce custom print runs — and even custom sizes — to suit your school. Minimum order quantities apply.

Wholesale name labels too

EZ Covers also offers wholesale rates on our personalised name labels — a great way to keep everything clearly named and cut lost property across the whole school.

School giveback donation

If your school joins our giveback donation programme, we donate 15 cents for every cover purchased by friends and family. Make sure they select your school during checkout to receive the rebate!

Extra help spreading the word

If your school is part of our giveback programme, we can provide an electronic flyer to help spread the word — download it below, or email us at info.nz@ezcovers.com for the info sheet as a PDF you can email to parents or print for students.

Receiving your donation

We pay a donation to your school once it reaches the $100 threshold during the back-to-school season. Any residual balance rolls into the following year, and we keep each school's last three years' balance on file.
